Hey Scots!

=diamond281 here! I think Scotland needs a bit of a new look. Anyone willing to do a CSS for us? The theme is Scotland :)

Also, who would you like to have a featured chat with? I've got an idea but I would like you ideas :giggle:

If I could be bothered, and knew the first thing about CSS, and had the time, I might have thrown something together, HOWEVER... I can't be bothered, I don't know the first thing about CSS, and I don't have the time. Sorry ^^;
